My Web World Now (MWWN) is your one stop shop for all your website needs. We handle the whole website experience from start to finish. We will setup your domain name, design and deploy your site, and make any modifications you need.

-Setup requires you (the client) to open an account with GoDaddy and purchase a domain.
 ⇒At your request, MWWN can is able to setup an account for you.

-You will also need to purchase a one year hosting plan with MWWN.

 
 
LOGO's and GRAPHICS

Do you have everything figured out except for your company logo? We can help you out with logos too. Our Graphics Specialists will make a logo that sells, just for you.

 
 
PICTURES and IMAGES

There are four options to choose from all of which you can mix and match. MWWN can manipulate the images to accommodate your website needs. MWWN can also design your company logo for an additional cost.

Note: It is important to know that low resolution (fuzzy) images can make or break a website. Not using quality images can give the impression that a company is not well established.

Image Options
1. You provide the pictures and images.
2. You purchase the images and allow MWWN to use them in your site.
3. MWWN purchases the images and then adds the cost to your account.
4. MWWN meets with you and takes the pictures for you.

THE PROCESS (Design, Deployment, and Modifications)

Phase 1 - Evaluation and Design

Initial Evaluation

1. First things first. Fill out our online getting started form. This form is emailed to MWWN and a representative will contact you for more detailed information and set up an initial evaluation meeting.
2. Our first meeting.
    a. Domain name is defined.
    b. Website design expectations are defined.
    c. Email accounts are defined.
    d. Representative receives any available content.
        i. Any available text (text that will be used in the website)
        ii. Any available graphics (pictures that will be used in the website)
    e. First payment is received (25% of total cost)
3. Domain and email accounts are setup.
4. Server space is reserved.

Design

1. Website mockup is designed
2. Logo is created if needed
3. We will show you your design then you tell us of any changes that you would like to be made.
4. Modifications are applied.
5. Designer gets your final approval on the design.


Phase 2 - Content and Pre-Deployment

1. Second payment is received (25% of total cost).
2. Content is added.
3. Email, navigation, and functionality is added and tested.
4. Representative gets your final approval.

 
Phase 3 - Deployment

1. Final payment is received (50% of total cost).
2. Website is Deployed.


Phase 4 - Modifications
 
After the website is online MWWN will contact you in 14 days. This is a chance for us to make any content changes for free. Modifications will be noted and changed. Modifications include text and image changes to the website.

Additional modifications after the 14 day follow-up
You have two options to choose from
1. Pay per change.
         -This is ideal if you will not need many changes within a one month time frame.
2. Monthly service fee.
         -This is ideal if you require many changes every month.
